解剖速記 | 鼻腔血管

超厲害的圖，把鼻腔內壁和外壁同時畫出來

鼻腔的血管其實不會太複雜（雖然上課第一次聽的時候完全沒懂在幹），按下面整理的 flow chart 對上面圖譜的分佈就好。

注意下 anterior region of the medial wall 上 greater palatine、sphenopalatine、superior labial、anterior ethmoidal arteries 會交織在一起，而且很靠近表面，所以比較容易流鼻血的地方。

與 maxillary artery 相關的靜脈一般匯入 infratemporal fossa 的 pterygoid plexus。鼻腔前方的靜脈一般匯入 facial vein。與 anterior & posterior ethmoidal artery 伴行的靜脈是 superior ophthalmic vein 的分支（匯入 cavernous sinus 的 emmissary vein）
