顱窩的孔洞解決之後再來看顱底的應該會輕鬆一點吧，畢竟重要的已經在顱窩出現過一遍了。
先是位於最前端 maxillary bone 上 incisive fossa（門齒孔），有 nasopalatine nerve 通過，是 CN V2 的一條分支。後面 maxillary bone 與 palatine bone 交界處有 greater palatine foramen（腭大孔），在後面的 palatine bone 有 lesser palatine foramen（腭小孔），都通過同名的 nerve 和 vessels。
再往後過了 sphenoid bone 的 pterygoid process 來到 greater wing 上，就見到了我們熟悉的 foramen ovale 和 foramen spinosum，通過 CN V2 maxillary nerve 和 CN V3 mandibular nerve。Optic canal、superior orbital fissure 和 foramen rotundum 因為是朝前，所以不會出現在顱底。內側是 foramen lacerum，後面的 temporal bone 上是 carotid canal，與在顱窩水平開口不同，這裡的開口是垂直的，因為 carotid nerve 在 temporal bone 中轉了90度。
Petrotympanic fissure、inferior tympanic caliculus、mastoid caliculus 可能因為太小了，complete anatomy 上找不到，先 pass。
那就沒有新東西了，後面 temporal bone 上的 jugular fossa 就是 jugular foramen，只是從顱底看更像一個窩。Hypoglossal canal 藏在 occipital condyle 下。Stynoid process 和 mastoid process 中間 stylomastoid foramen，通過從 internal acoustic meatus 穿過來的 CN VII facial nerve。Mastoid process 後是很不重要的 mastoid foramen，通 emissary vein 和 meningeal artery。
顱前記三組孔，supraorbital foramen（notch），infraorbital foramen 和 mental foramen。supraorbital foramen 走 supraorbital nerve，infraorbital foramen 走從眼眶底板穿下來的 infraorbital nerve。Mental foramen 則是通 mental branch of inferior alveolar artery & vein（下齒槽動靜脈頦支）。
顱側一組孔，但其實前面也看得到，zygomaticofacial foramen，通 zygomatico facial artery & nerve。當然還有 external acoustic meatus。
顱頂還有一組孔，parietal foramen（頂孔），通 parietal emissary vein。
顱上的孔洞應該差不多了。
