解剖速記 | 頸前後三角

先看 sternocleidomastoid muscle 的前側，再看 mandible 的下緣，再看脖子的中線（想象出來的），這就構成了 anterior triangle of the neck。

再看 trapezius 的前側，clavicle 的上側，sternomastoid muscle 的後側，上方碰到一點 occipital bone，這就是 posterior triangle of the neck。

Anterior triangle 又分成了四塊。

先看下巴下面的 submental triangle。由 digastric muscle 的 anterior belly內側，hyoid bone 和中線構成。

再看旁邊的 digastric （submandibular） triangle，由 digastic muscle 的 anterior & posterior belly 和 mandible 的下緣構成。

再往下一點看 carotid triangle。由 digastric belly 的 posterior belly 下緣，omohyoid muscle 的 superior belly 後側，加上 sternomastoid muscle 的前側。裡面有 common carotid artery，external carotid artery，internal jugular vein，vagus nerve，hypoglossal nerve 等…

最後一塊是 muscular triangle，由 hyoid bone 的下方， omohyoid bone 的 superior belly 前側，sternomastoid muscle 前側，加上中線構成。

我們可以發現有三塊都跟 digastric muscle 有關，所以可以通過 digastric muscle 來記：SDCM（SD高達只有幾 cm 高）。Digastric muscle anterior belly 的內側是 Submental triangle，anterior & posterior belly 的上方是 Digastric triangle（submandibular），posterior belly 下方是 Carotid trangle，最後一塊由 omohyoid 和 sternomastoid 圍成的 Muscular triangle。

Posterior triangle 就比較簡單，被 omohyoid muscle 的 inferior belly 分成上下兩塊。上面的是 occipital triangle，下面的是 omclavicular triangle。
